Zumba Gold            Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
The Zumba Gold Fitness program was designed for the active older adults, people who are not used to exercising and people who maybe limited physically.  It also includes a Zumba Chair workout.  Please bring water, a towel and a lot of smiles!!! Come and try one free class.

Technique and the self-discipline are paths to self-expression through dance. A full curriculum of class for beginners through professionals is offered for students from age two through adult.
